With the expansion of HEiKA into a strategic partnership (Heidelberg Karlsruhe Strategic Partnership) in 2018, HEiKAexplore is now also being expanded into a real strategic instrument. The starting point of this further development marks the newly designed HEiKAexplore call to which we cordially invite you:
The aim of the call is to establish or expand new interdisciplinary networks and alliances between KIT and Uni HD. We are looking for initiatives that deepen and structurally anchor the cooperation between the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and the University of Heidelberg (Uni HD) in one or more of the following fields of activity:
- Research,
- Teaching,
- Innovation,
- Promotion of young researchers.
Both associations whose interdisciplinary networks are still in a discovery phase and already established interdisciplinary networks are strategically promoted. A successful HEiKAexplore application must, however, clearly and realistically formulate the goal of future jointly aimed acquisition of funding for a collaborative project.
